Kicking off the weekend Friday, Dustin made his first-ever visit to Rockcastle Speedway in Mount Vernon, Ky. Linville qualified second overall against a stout field and went on to finish second in his heat race behind Tyler Carpenter. Starting the $4,000-to-win A-Main in fourth, he ran as high as second at times in before crossing the finish line in fourth.
Returning to Lake Cumberland Speedway in Burnside, Ky. Saturday, Dustin was one of 25 entries for the annual Harold Hardgrove Memorial. After setting fast time in his qualifying group, Linville finished second in his heat race to earnt he fifth starting spot on the feature grid. With $10,022 on the line, Dustin picked up one spot to record another fourth-place finish.
