Linville Rubs Elbows With the National Drivers At Fall Classic
(October 10th, 2015) It was that time of the year and $25,000 to win was in Dustin Linville's back yard. Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, KY) would be holding the 25th Annual Fall Classic with the Southern Nationals Bonus Series.

Qualifying and Heats races would be ran on Friday night as the B-Mains and the 100 lap A-Main would be ran on Saturday. Friday night's start time would be pushed back a little as the Ponderosa Speedway track crew along with the Southern Nationals Officials worked diligently to get the racing surface in shape from all the rain showers throughout the day on Friday. After the track was vamped and ready to go Dustin would show why he would be a threat as he would finish second in heat race #2 where Jason Jameson would get the win.

Saturday was now here and the thirty-eight entries were narrowed down to the twenty-two that would roll off and do battle in the main event. Dustin would start seventh as Scott Bloomquist and Chris Madden would bring the field to the green. Dustin would have a fight on his hands when the green flag dropped he would race hard side by side for the most part of the first sixty laps with Mike Marlar and Jason Jameson. As tires would start to wear and lap traffic would come into play that battle would simmer and Dustin would focus on putting his car in the position that was needed. The checkers would fly and Chris Madden would cash in with the win as Bloomquist would finish second. Mike Marlar would finish third and Michael Chilton would be fourth with Dustin completing the top five.
