Linville battles tough luck in Charlie Swartz Memorial at Portsmouth

On Saturday afternoon, Dustin Linville made his lone weekend start at Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) for the Charlie Swartz Memorial.

With 23 Late Models on the property, Linville missed the Top-6 dash by qualifying seventh-quickest before picking up the heat race victory. Rolling off from the fourth-row in the $5,000-to-win feature, Dustin was up to the fourth-position when he collided with a spinning lap car, ending his night early. He was credited with an 18th-place finish.
