Dustin Linville joins World of Outlaws at Ponderosa; third in J. T. Kerr Memorial

Joining the World of Outlaws Case Late Model Series on Friday, Dustin Linville was one of 25 Super Dirt Late Models checked in at Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Ky.) for the Billy Todd Classic.

Finishing fifth in his heat race, Linville started 15th in the $15,000-to-win main event and finished 17th after 50 laps.

Switching gears to the Crate Racin' USA event at 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) on Saturday, Dustin charged from fourth-to-first in his heat race and earned a starting spot on the second-row. For the extended 71-lap main event, Linville raced to a podium finish in third. He trailed Ricky Weiss and Tyler Millwood while Chase King and Matt Henderson completed the Top-5.
