Runner-up finish in Freedom & Fireworks event at Thunder Mountain
Back with the Ultimate Heart of America Series for the weekend, Dustin Linville rolled into Thunder Mountain Speedway (Corbin, Ky.) on Friday afternoon.
Starting of the front-row of the $5,000-to-win main event, Linville trailed Camaron Marlar at the checkered flag and settled for a runner-up finish.
The following evening at Rockcastle Speedway (Mount Vernon, Ky.) Linville was running inside the Top-5 when he cut a tire down. Dustin managed to rally for a Top-10 finish in eighth.
Linville currently leads the series point standings.
